Shooting Stars

Haha, I've became obsessed with my new character, Vidia. Drew the sketch(pencil), final picture(my handy-dandy manga pens!), and some crayons, color pencils, (ugh) oil pastels and a marker or two.


Background: The "shooting star" is supposed to be Zim's ship, the red sky, clearly Vaques's(sp? ) version of Earth, clouds-as block-like as I could get, I doubt you can see it but there's grass... Kind of a grayish green.


Focal point: In the corner is clearly Vidia, staring off at the "shooting star" as it leaves the Earth's sky. Something in me wants something tragic to happen to her, like giving herself up to save Zim... or something like that. I'm still curious as to if he'll return her feelings or not. Anyways, , I think you can see the single tear escaping her large, dark violet eyes, along with the cute black rose that frames her hair in the most Lolita Goth why possible.
